Cà chua nhồi đậu hũ sốt cà là món ăn thanh đạm nhưng lại không kém phần hấp dẫn, không những thích hợp cho những dịp ăn chay mà còn là lựa chọn sáng suốt để nấu vào những dịp cuối tuần, hay nấu ăn sáng.
Nấm rơm, tàu hũ ky tươi băm nhuyễn. Hành boa rô cắt lát mỏng. Đậu hũ trắng đem tán nhuyễn rồi cho thêm nấm rơm, tàu hũ ky, hành boa rô, nêm 1/2 muỗng canh bột nêm và 1 muỗng canh dầu hào rồi trộn đều.
Cà chua cắt làm đôi rồi bỏ ruột, có thể cắt phần đầu nhọn để cà có thể đứng được. Nhồi nhân vào từng trái cà. Nếu còn dư nhân bạn cũng có thể vo lại thành những viên tròn rồi nấu chung luôn.
2 quả cà chua bỏ hạt, băm nhỏ. Phi thơm 2 muỗng canh dầu ăn với 30gr hành boa rô, cho cà chua băm vào xào vừa chín tới thì thêm 150ml nước, 100gr tương cà ketchup, 2.5 muỗng canh đường, 1 muỗng canh nước tương và 1 muỗng canh dầu hào vào, khuấy đều. Chờ đến khi sốt sôi lên thì cho cà chua nhồi vào, từ từ rưới từng muỗng sốt lên để nhân được chín.
Cho cà chua nhồi ra đĩa, ăn kèm với cơm nóng hoặc bánh mì. Món farcie cà chua đậu hũ này không chỉ ngon mà còn rất tốt cho sức khỏe, thích hợp cho cả ăn gia đình và ăn chay. Những viên cà chua có nhân không bị nát, phủ đều sốt cà hấp dẫn và rất bắt mắt.
