Món Thái chưa bao giờ là hết hot ở nước ta, đặc biệt là các bạn trẻ Sài Gòn. Món nào du nhập vào là hot món đó, sau đây là món gỏi xoài cá trê đầy hấp dẫn, giòn giòn của cá, chua của xoài, ngọt cay của nước mắm và béo bùi của lạc rang. Cùng học cách làm thôi nào!
Cá làm sạch với muối hột sau đó khứa nhẹ vài đường trên thân cá.
Chuẩn bị chảo nóng, cho 60ml dầu ăn vào đợi đến khi dầu sôi thì cho cá vào chảo chiên vàng đều 2 mặt.
Bóc thịt cá sao cho thịt cá không dính xương. Bóp vụn bánh mì ra để trộn chung với thịt cá lúc giã.
Cho cá vào cối vừa giã vừa cho từ từ vụn bánh mì và thêm 1-2 muỗng dầu ăn vào cho cá và bánh mì kết dính. Sau đó cho hỗn hợp ra dĩa và tạo hình theo ý muốn.
Bắt chảo dầu trước đó đã dùng chiên cá lên cho dầu nóng rồi tiếp tục bỏ miếng cá đã tạo hình ở bước trên vào chiên cho đến khi vào đều 2 mặt.
Xoài bào thành những sợi dài. Xắt lát hành tím, bằm nhỏ ớt. Pha nước sốt: 2 muỗng canh nước mắm, 1 muỗng canh đường, ớt bằm và hành tím, trộn đều.
Trang trí dĩa cá và cho xoài đã bào lên trên mặt. Rưới đều nước mắm vào trước khi ăn. Thế là bạn đã có một dĩa gỏi xoài cá trê chuẩn vị Thái luôn nhé!
