Món này không còn quá lạ lẫm nữa thế nhưng với công thức này của mình thì những bạn ăn béo chắc sẽ rất thích. Thích hợp dùng cho bữa sáng hoặc bữa tối nhé, và với người ăn kiêng cũng có thể áp dụng, chỉ cần tiết chế lượng whipping cream thôi.
Nấu mì Ý: mì nên được nấu trong khoảng từ 12 - 15 phút, sau khi nước sôi bạn tắt bếp và ngâm mì khoảng 2 phút, sau đó vớt ra và trộn vào chút dầu điều hoặc dầu dừa, nếu không có bạn có thể dùng dầu ăn nhé.
Sơ chế nguyên liệu: thịt cắt lát, ướp chung với muối, tiêu, nước mắm. Tôm khô xát muối, ngâm trong nước ấm từ 3 - 5 phút. Bông cải trắng rửa thật sạch sau đó luộc sơ qua. Cắt nhỏ khoai tây và xay nhuyễn với ít phô mai hoặc sữa tươi không đường.
Hỗn hợp khoai tây sau khi được xay nhuyễn cho vào ngăn mát để từ 2 - 3 phút, đối với kem tươi khi mua về bạn cũng nên để trong ngăn lạnh từ 2-3 phút hãy lấy ra dùng. Xốt kem bạn chỉ cần đơn giản cho muối, tiêu vào thôi, một số trường hợp bạn có thể cho cả lá bạc hà vào.
Cho hành tím vào chảo và xào hỗn hợp thịt, bông cải trắng. Trong lúc xào bạn nêm gia vị gồm muối, tiêu, chút hạt nêm (nếu cần) nhé. Mình cơ bản chỉ dùng muối và tiêu thôi. Sau khi xào xong để riêng ra tô.
Cho tôm khô và khoai tây nghiền vào xào đến khi hỗn hợp đặc lại, sau đó cho whipping cream vào nấu cho đến khi hỗn hợp sôi lên, cho mì Ý và thịt và bông cải đã xào vào đảo đều cho đến khi thấm hết xốt.
Thế là đã xong rồi, chỉ cần bày ra dĩa và dùng thôi, bạn có thể cho ít tương ớt nếu thích. Món này nên dùng nóng sẽ ngon hơn nhé!
