Bật lò nướng ở 400 độ F. Cà rốt rửa sạch, gọt vỏ, cắt khúc nhỏ. Lót giấy nến lên khay nướng, quét hoặc xịt một lớp dầu chống dính. Trộn đều cà rốt với dầu olive rồi trải lên giấy nến, nướng 15 phút cho mềm.
Trong lúc đợi cà rốt nướng, bạn trộn đều đường nâu, nước cốt cam và muối lại với nhau trong một cái tô nhỏ. Sau 15 phút, bạn lấy cà rốt ra ngoài, rưới hỗn hợp trong tô trộn vào cà rốt, dùng gắp để trộn lại lần nữa. Cho khay cà rốt trở lại vào lò nướng và nướng thêm 10-15 phút.
Món ăn này rất lý tưởng khi phục vụ cho một bữa ăn tối đặc biệt hoặc cho một bữa ăn hàng ngày. Không chỉ vậy nó còn thích hợp cho những ai thích ăn chay đấy.
