Món ăn là bản màu sắc rực rỡ: màu trắng của cơm, màu vàng của trứng, màu nâu của thịt, cam đỏ của cà rốt. Cách làm cũng rất đơn giản, cùng vào bếp và thực hiện ngay thôi!
Ướp thịt bò với 1 muỗng canh nước tương, 1/2 muỗng canh hạt nêm MAGGI và 1 muỗng cà phê bột bắp. Cho dầu ăn vào chảo đun nóng, cho thịt bò vừa ướp lúc nảy vào xào vừa chín, gắp thịt bò sang ra một cái chén, đặt sang một bên.
Ướp cơm nguội với 2,5 muỗng cà phê hạt nêm MAGGI, 1 quả trứng gà, 1 muỗng canh sốt tương ớt Hàn Quốc rồi trộn cơm đều lên. Cho cơm đã ướp gia vị vào chảo rang đến khi gia vị hòa quyện đều vào cơm và hạt cơm tơi ra là được.
Sau đó cho cà rốt, giá lặt, thịt bò vừa xào vào chảo, nêm nếm vào 2 muỗng canh nước tương, trộn đều đến khi vừa chín là được.
Múc cơm ra dĩa, trình bày 1 trứng ốp la đặt lên trên mặt cơm chiên. Cơm chiên bò Bulgogi có bề ngoài không những đẹp mắt mà còn rất thơm ngon nóng hổi. Hãy lưu công thức và cùng Maggi trổ tài làm món ngon này nhé!
